22.06.10 - Zhu Hai Day 2

As Promised , Mummy woke up early to bring us to the pool in our hotel , 8.30am , they were cleaning the pool and told her to come back around 9 plus if she wanted to swim. :)

At 9am when we woke up , we changed into our swimming costume and took the lift to the 5th floor where they had gym and swimming pool on the same floor.



The water was rather cold at first . Kor kor wore his top until he was warmed up and took it off.

New Hairstyles for the boys?

We shopped around our hotel after the swim , we bought some more shoes , mummy saw some cheap art and craft aprons and bought one each for me and kor kor . Gu mas bought cheap chrysanthemum flowers to make tea and some herbs for cough and other dry food stuffs as she say it's much cheaper here compared to singapore

We also bought medical sprays and creams which were also cheaper in Zhuhai! :)


After our shopping , we checked out the apartment at 2pm as there was a late check out timing for this hotel. :)

We took a cab to Jiuzhou Ferry terminal where we took the next ferry back to hongkong (Sheung Wan ) terminal . We then took mtr to our hotel (Royal Park Hotel) . We took MTR to Mong kok and went on foot (15 mins) to our hotel . It is conviently located in a shopping centre and we had a free upgrade to a better , bigger room due to the rooms we booked were fully taken. (Gu ma and Gu gu shared a room , my family had one room and San Gu ma shared with Ah yang shu shu another room)

We packed our things a little and rest our tired feet before heading out for a walk. We had dinner in a small cafe near our hotel and the food wasnt too bad. We packed egg tarts for supper and mayb breakfast in the morning. We walked to Hua yuan Jie which sold lots of nice big fruits and we brought back with us giant strawberries , cherries and Mangoes!

We also walked to Nu Ren Jie , where the prices were so highly quoted that we could slash the price into 2. "branded" bags were quoted at $280 and sold at $80 only! :( We bought superman pj for keith @ a steal of S$8 and a sling bag for ah ma ... and call it a day as we were all tired.

We asked around and checked that there is a place called London Jiu Lou that has push cart Dian Xin and it's near Nathan Road and so we are going there for breakfast tomorrow before Ocean park !
